It's too bad there are only 5 stars, because I'd give Josh way more. He is just absolutely awesome in every respect. I can be impatient/demanding and have high expectations, and Josh gets a +++5 star on everything. Excellent follow up, patient, thorough, great service, walked me through every single step and made sure I wasn't late on anything, answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, extremely knowledgeable, on-time for appointments – what more could I ask for? If you are looking for someone to help you purchase a home (or sell), look no further. Thank you, Josh, for all your help!

I am a first-time homebuyer in my early 20s, so I had no idea how to go about buying a home. Josh was the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind realtor I could have asked for. No question ever went unanswered or was too silly. Josh was here every step of the way and communication with him was always extremely prompt. I would recommend Josh to any of my friends or loved ones! Go buy a home with Josh as your agent, you will be happy you did!

We worked with Josh while purchasing a home in 2021. Josh was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. Josh ensured we had the information and help we needed without being pushy or over the top. Currently a difficult/competitive market for home buyers (especially first time home buyers like us) but found the process with Josh to be relatively straightforward and painless. Josh came to me incidentally when I inquired about a house on Zillow. After about two minutes of wariness, during which I lobbed mildly antagonistic questions at him, I completely relaxed. We just closed on the house yesterday, and I can easily say that Josh was flawless. He's competent without being arrogant. He's responsive without being fawning. He's knowledgeable without flattening you with his ideas. In a word, he meets the Goldilocks standard of being “just right.” The other noteworthy thing about Josh is that he offers (but does not require that you accept) the services of a deeply committed team of other experts that have worked together for years. The lender and legal team completed the entire fast-tracked jumbo loan process almost seamlessly. The others clearly respect Josh and want to keep working with him, which works to the buyer's advantage! On top of excelling at all the transactional tasks, Josh offers help even when the request is way outside his direct responsibility. He leaves you feeling like it actually matters to him that you get what you want. Oh, and did I mention that he's got a great attitude and optimistic spirit? You can't go wrong with this guy at your side.

Josh – thanks for everything! You knew exactly what we were looking for, and didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want to see. You answered all my questions and very timely. You were flexible so that we could see condos at the best time for us. Kept your distance but always kept in touch when something new popped up. Overall a great experience.

We’ve worked with Josh now on 3 seperate transactions. He helped us find our first condo in Chicago, which he later helped us sell. And he worked with us on our exit from the city with our new home out in the rural ‘burbs. What’s best about working with Josh is his “casual, cool demeanor.” He’s a straight shooter who doesn’t set unrealistic expectations and you know throughout the whole process that he’s got your back. While it’s known that real estate agents work on commission, you’d never get that feeling from his style of selling. More agents should take Josh’s approach. We’re just glad I needed a 12 pack of beer from Galleria Liqours on Southport back in 2009 and saw the Bears schedule magnet with his ad on it. Even though he’s a Packer fan. Guess that’s his one flaw. He sells out his team to get clients.

Josh was great. As first time home buyers we needed him to hold our and through the entire process.
